I would highly recommend this moving company as the entire experience was easy and stress-free from booking my move through completing the move. The owner Mike was very up front and transparent about estimated cost and length of time needed. He was detail-oriented by taking a look at my current apartment building first to get an idea of the time and number of people needed to do the move (former building is over a century old with no elevator). Mike was also easy to communicate with by calling or texting answers to my questions and confirming details prior to the move. On moving day the three movers (The owner Mike, and Trevor and David) had a process in place and were systematic in putting all boxes into the truck, followed by furniture, which allowed for an easy unload at my new apartment. They were very careful to cover all furniture and were very gentle with my belongings. During the move they were extremely friendly and personable and made the whole move enjoyable. My building was so impressed with them that the management even grabbed their information. A major plus was a discounted cost for cash payment. Even before the discount though, they were more affordable than all the other costs I was quoted by competing moving companies, and they cost less to have three movers and truck than other companies cost for two movers and a truck.
